Biography: SHELDON COHEN is the senior partner of Cohen & Goldstein, Esqs., LLP. and has been in practice for over 38 years, advising clients on all phases of family and matrimonial law matters and commercial and business organization and transactions. He is experienced in finding practical, day-to-day, cost-effective solutions to legal and business problems of the small and medium-size company. Mr. Cohen is general counsel to both domestic and foreign small businesses. He is a graduate of New York University's School of Commerce (1956) and New York University's School of Law (1959). Mr. Cohen is also a long-standing member of the Bar Associations of New York State and New York City, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
